Our Delivery Policies
At Actimed, we also try to differentiate ourselves by making it as easy and inexpensive as possible for medical practices to get what they need. For instance, we offer free shipping on trade account orders over $100 in the Perth metropolitan area if you place your order online, by fax, or via email. Likewise, shipping is free for trade account customers in WA Country for similarly-placed orders over $250, while the rest of Australia’s metropolitan areas enjoy free shipping on orders over $500.
Delivery charges are variable if your office is outside a metropolitan area, but you can rest assured that we will always look for the cheapest way to get you the supplies you need. Heavy and bulky items may not qualify for our best shipping offers, but we promise to try and keep your freight charges as low as possible.
We are also happy to provide full refunds to medical clinics for returned merchandise provided both product(s) and packaging are in good condition. Simply contact our friendly staff within three days of delivery and remember to include your invoice with the returned products. We cannot offer refunds to private consumers for hygienic reasons, so we strongly advise all customers to know exactly what they need before heading to one of our retail locations.
